Now that you have made the decision to put our 20 years of experience to work for you, you have three easy ways to retain us.

1. Hire us directly over the internet. Click on the red colored link "Hire Us Now" and complete the Attorney/Client agreement. Include your debit or credit card information. Include any additional comments you may like and press the send button. You will receive a response that states "Thank You. Your information has been submitted." It is that quick and simple. If the form does not send, make sure that you have filled out all the required fields on the form. You do not need to send us your citation if you submit your information by internet. Once your case is disposed of, we will inform you about the outcome of your case. We will send you all the necessary information needed to send your court cost and fines to the Clerk's office. If you have email, it is suggested that you accept email as the form of correspondence from our office. This way, you will know the outcome of your case the same day, or by the next morning.

2. You can use the U.S. Mail. Simply fill out and sign the waiver of appearance on the back of your letter. Mail it to our office along with a copy of your citation and payment. Use either a check or money order, or you can follow up with a phone call and pay using a debit or credit card. If using a personal check, we must have the check in our office 7 days before your court date. Please be advised that there is a fee of $25.00 for any bad check that we receive. Once the case is disposed of, we will notify you and give you all the necessary information so that you can to satisfy your court cost and fines requirements, if any.

3. Visit our office. You are more than welcome to come into our office and complete the waiver of personal appearance, and pay the attorney fee. Certainly if you have a criminal charge, in most cases, Mr. Baity would like to have an in person consultation with you to go over your case in depth. So please, call and schedule your appointment during normal business hours of 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
